Ebi Fried

Most Japanese kids love this Japanese food called Ebi Fried. Ebi is prawn in Japanese. That’s right. The prawn is fried with flour and egg. The taste is awesome! However, do not make a mistake that this is Tempura. We have also tempura prawn, but this it bit different.
As you can see the picture below, this is how we cook Ebi fired.
