Japanese New Year’s Food

Japanese tradtional food called “Ose Chi”

In Japan, all Japanese people eat 2 different Japanese foods called “Ose Chi Ryori” and “O Zou Ni”.

First of all, Osechiryou contain a variety of Japanese foods. The most common Japanese foods include in oseichi
is stremed fish pastes, herring roe, boiled praws, grilled fish, food boiled and seasoned.

Japanese rice cakes

Secondly, we have a Japanese food called “Ozou ni”.
Ozou ni is soup with Japanese rice cakes, which is mixed with some vegetables like Japanese radish, and dried bonito on top.
This taste is delicious!

Having these Japanese foods is a tradtional Japanese culture.
